Oak City Shred Fest Refund Policy
Oak City Shred Fest is operated by registered 501(c)(3) non-profit Oak City Shredders, we strive to create an unforgettable experience for all attendees. Due to the nature of our event planning and the associated costs, all ticket sales are final and non-refundable. We appreciate your understanding and commitment to helping us make this event the best it can be.
Please carefully review the following terms regarding our refund policy:
1. No Refunds
Once tickets are purchased, they are non-refundable, regardless of circumstances, including but not limited to changes in personal plans, weather conditions, travel restrictions, or illness. We are unable to offer any refunds or exchanges for tickets.
2. Ticket Transfers
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person by adding the other person to an e-mail to Info@oakcityshredfest.com no later than 2 days before the event. All ticket transfers must be approved by the Oak City Shred Fest team.
3. Event Postponement or Cancellation
In the rare event that Oak City Shred Fest is postponed or canceled due to unforeseen circumstances, we will provide options for attendees, including but not limited to:
A ticket credit for future Oak City Shred Fest events.
Potential rescheduling of the event (pending circumstances).
Please note that rescheduling of the event due to weather or other factors does not qualify for a refund.
